The Oxygen Cartel is a villain organization devoted to the values of greed, power, and control. In the future past, they were the capitalists and the elites of the Web3 world. They believe that the only way to get ahead in the world is to take as much as you can for yourself. Unfortunately, they completely disregard the environment. They destroyed and will destroy all environmental resources that they cannot own to make the environmental resources they already own more valuable. Although they have already experienced near human demise, they learned little from their own history and believe that if they owned more resources and controlled them with stronger power, humankind would not have perished.
